Mango Grove Hospitality

Building Human
Flourishing

We design and operate places that change the people who pass through them. Cabo Sur, Mexico. Thirty years from Flora Farms. The next chapter is Vitality Grove.

What we do

We do not believe in luxury escapism. We do not sell aspiration and deliver mediocrity.

We design hospitality places (restaurants, retreats, residential communities) where the architecture, the programming, and the daily rhythm shape behaviour over time. Patrons leave changed: better fed, better moved, better connected. Our time horizon is generations, not exit cycles. Our posture is invitation, not prescription. The brief is human flourishing through place.

Where we’ve proved it

Flora Farms is the proof.

Started thirty years ago as a working organic farm in San José del Cabo, it now hosts 300,000 visitors a year, runs a Michelin-recognised Field Kitchen, and posts an NPS of 68. The environment carries the experience. Patrons return; many move here permanently. Flora was never planned to be a destination. It was operated into one.

The lesson is that places designed around what people actually need outperform places designed around what people say they want.

What’s next

Vitality Grove is the next chapter.

Twelve hectares in Puerto Los Cabos, planned around a working grove of mango and citrus trees. A village, not a resort: a 300-seat restaurant, a 30-room boutique hotel, a wellness centre, a longevity clinic, a retail village, and 133 residences across cottages, condos, and founder lots. The physical defaults make the healthy choice the default. Phase one opens with the public realm. Dinner first; residency later.

“After three decades of shaping Flora, Vitality Grove is the next chapter in our story. I’ve spent years searching for a piece of land where a community could be created from the ground up. In this place, I wanted to carry forward the forces that drive Flora and evolve it into something that could truly enhance the vitality of people’s lives.”
