Beside this, the department is also running M. Sc. (Med.) course (a three year P.G. degree course) offered to the graduate students having degree in various disciplines of life sciences. Along with these courses, the department in also contributing to the teaching & training of BDS, B. Sc Nursing & Physiotherapy students.

To carry out the above objectives the department in well-equipped in terms of lectures Theatre, demonstration rooms, Practical laboratories & all the necessary modern teaching aids. Young faculty members are enthusiastic regarding the research & are trying to make use of the available resources of the department & institution to pursue their goal.
