Department attracts patients with complex respiratory problem from Rajasthan and its neighboring states. Thus department is having strong clinical feeder. It has very good support in thoracic surgery from Cardiac thoracic vascular surgery department in Histopathology from Pathology department. Laboratory support service includes state of art spirometer with capacity of measurement with diffusional capacity. It provides pulmonary rehabilitation. Department has diagnostic & therapeutic bronchoscopy. It also provides medical thorocoscopy for the plural pathology. The faculty of department is involved in national and international trials in field of respiratory medicine.
